  • Am an animal lover, but i also a car person. Those claws could make deep scratches on my bonnet.
  • The problem is, the car port cannot be seen from the house. If it foes i could just train him not to do it. But this is a random thing.

  • Orange tabby cat sits defiantly on a rain-covered red car hood.
  • True true, at least this cat is easy to spot

AlfalfaMajor2633 This is better than having the cat on your tire or in the engine compartment.

  • Is a car cover a good idea?

hotpotatochips69 Simply get a car cover of some kind. Also cats dont walk with their claws out and it would like be extremely uncomfortable for them to try to scratch metal Also is this a prius we're worried about
  • This is a great point too!

Shadow5825 The only time he'd scratch the car is if you walked up to him and try to drag him off or if he was chased up onto the car. Otherwise cats don't walk around with their claws out, the claws only come out when they feel they need extra traction.
